Something new is stirring on The Watercress Line. Your evening opens at Alresford, where the mysterious Professor of the Spirit World unveils his latest and most dangerous invention: the S̩ance Train Рa moving vessel designed to pierce the veil between worlds.
Once aboard, the Professor begins his ritual. His aim is simple: to use the power of steam, speed and science to reach the Spirit World, taking every passenger along for the ride.
But as the train pulls away from Alresford, something pushes back.
The lights flicker. A breath of cold air sweeps the carriage. A whisper curls through the dark… or was that someone behind you?
Trains depart from Alresford at 7pm, returning to your starting station. The full experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, so please allow 2 hours for your spooky adventure.
This experience is 18+ only.

• A steam train ride from Alresford towards Alton and back (the train does not stop at Alton).
• Photo opportunities with the characters.
• Exit via the special cleansing carriage – you don’t want to be taking any spirits home with you!

Our booking system allocates seats automatically. You do not need to select your seats manually. Standard coach seating is in tables of 4. Each booking will be auto allocated to the next available seats. Every effort is made to ensure groups are seated together. You may share a table with other passengers.
