February Half-Term - Movement Makers Week
Come and enjoy family activities this February half-term and travel back to 1973!
Join us at half-term where we will have various activities for the family at Alresford and Ropley stations relating to the theme of ‘motion and movement’.
These fun activities are free to anyone purchasing train tickets. In addition, there are exciting ‘Driver’ and ‘Rider’ experiences available for an extra cost.
We will also have several displays of photos and information about the ‘Hampshire Unit’, the last train to have left Alresford Station 50 years ago on 4th February 1973. This will include the fascinating real-life experiences and stories of several of our volunteers who were involved with The Watercress Line at that time.
Activites open 11am to 4pm.
