Family Day Out
Departing from Alresford
Start at Alresford Station, travel up to Alton Station on a heritage steam train enjoying the views of the South Downs National Park, before travelling back down to Ropley Station to play on the playground, get up close to the huge locomotives, see the famous Harry Potter bridge and follow the Young Engineer’s Trail.
Lunch, Shopping & Walking in Historic Alresford
Departing from Alton
Start at Alton Station, travel down to Alresford on a heritage steam train with views of the South Downs National Park, and arrive in the historic town of Alresford for a spot of lunch, shopping and a gentle walk along the River Alre.
